In Kibale Forest National Park you will find the chimpanzees. These beautiful animals love to be admired. Crossing the park can already yield beautiful images, you may find that the elephants want to cross the road. Or that you have to stop because the baboons want to sunbathe on the warm asphalt. During a walk in the area, you can just take a dip in one of the many volcanic lakes. Love vanilla but have no idea how it grows? During a visit to the Vanilla Palace, all your questions will be answered.
A visit to Kibale Forest National Park is not complete if you have not visited the chimpanzees. A beautiful walk through the jungle looking for the chimpanzees. Together with a ranger you go in search of these amusing creatures in the jungle. Listen to the sounds of the jungle, maybe the chimpanzees will tell you where they are.
During a walk in the area you can visit the Vanilla Palace and discover where the delicious taste actually comes from. Search the tangle of branches for the beautiful flowers. Let you explain what it takes to grow vanilla. We are also happy to put you in touch with the local population. During the walk it is possible to enjoy a delicious lunch of local products at their home.
